We are currently operating out of our Keperra location every alternate Tuesday and Wednesday.
We are also excited to announce that in August 2026, we will be transitioning this location to full-time operations. As part of this upgrade, we will be installing the highest-grade equipment and advanced biomechanical devices to provide state-of-the-art assessments for all aspects of your gait.

Billing Information
Fees & Billing
We aim to make our services accessible and transparent.
Pensioners with Valid EPC
If you hold a valid Pensioner Concession Card and have a valid Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan from your GP with remaining allied health visits, you are eligible for bulk billing between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM for a standard 20-minute appointment. There is no gap payment during these hours. If additional services are required beyond the standard appointment, your podiatrist will inform you of any extra costs before proceeding.
Diabetic Foot Checks
Diabetic foot check-ups are bulk billed for all patients with a valid EPC plan, regardless of pensioner status or time of day.
Biomechanical Appointments and Non-Pensioner Patients
Biomechanical assessments start from $132.00 and are paid out of pocket. Non-pensioner patients are eligible to receive a $61.80 Medicare rebate, or you can use your private health insurance to claim on the spot at the time of your visit. Further appointments and additional services may incur higher costs depending on the treatment required. Please call us before booking if you would like a breakdown of fees.
Payment is required upfront. Medicare rebates are processed immediately via Easyclaim and your rebate is returned to you straight away.
DVA Patients
Consultations are fully covered with a valid DVA referral. There is no out-of-pocket cost to you.
Additional Costs
Care plans and rebates cover consultation fees only. Additional items such as custom orthotics, shoe modifications, or medical-grade footwear are out-of-pocket expenses not covered by Medicare or most health funds.
