We aim to make our services accessible and transparent.

Medicare (Enhanced Primary Care / EPC)

If your GP has provided a valid Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan and you have remaining allied health visits (up to 5 per calendar year across all allied health providers), you are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $61.80 per consultation.

A standard 20-minute general appointment starts from $82.00, leaving a gap payment of $20.20. Further appointments and additional services may incur higher costs depending on the treatment required. Please call us before booking if you would like a breakdown of fees.

Payment is required upfront and your Medicare rebate is returned to you immediately. We process all Medicare rebates on the spot via Easyclaim so you don’t need to do anything.

DVA Patients

Consultations are fully covered with a valid DVA referral. There is no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Private Patients

Appointments start from $82.00 for a standard consultation. Further appointments and additional services may incur higher costs depending on the treatment required. We have a private health terminal available so you can claim your health fund rebate on the spot at the time of your visit.

Additional Costs

Referrals, care plans, and Medicare rebates cover consultation fees only. Additional items such as custom orthotics, shoe modifications, or medical-grade footwear are out-of-pocket expenses not covered by Medicare or most health funds.
